Spent a fantastic week in Edinburgh, taking in the sights and having a welcome

rest after the publication of the 13th book in my DI Giles Series - 'Fatal Turn'.
The weather for the most part was kind throughout, either fabulously misty and atmospheric or gorgeously sunny and showing the city in its best light.
On Weds, the night before my book talk, we had cracking storms - thunder and lightning everywhere. Scary, and exciting.
Book 14 in the series is set in this fabulous city.
